Free next working day delivery
Orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend before Sunday 12 noon, will be delivered the following Monday.*
Choice of day
At no additional cost you can select which working day you would like your phone delivered.
Choice of time
You can also choose to have your phone delivered before 10am on any working day or on a Saturday before 12 midday for an additional cost of £9.99

How will your order be delivered?
All SIM only orders will be delivered by Royal Mail first class post within 1-3 working days.
All other orders will be delivered by DHL courier service and a signature will be required as proof of receipt.
Where will my order be delivered?
To protect your goods, we will only deliver your items to your home address.
What time will my phone be delivered?
Your phone will be delivered between the hours of 9am and 5pm unless you have selected the "Before 10am" or "Saturday before 12 noon" payable delivery options. In some areas, DHL operate a local delivery service and can deliver up to 9pm. Within these time frames we are unable to specify an exact time that your phone will be delivered.
Does someone need to sign for my phone?
If your order includes a phone - because of its value - a signature will be required.
What happens if I am not at home to receive my phone?
If you are not at home to receive your phone, the courier will leave a card with details on how to contact them to rearrange delivery or to collect the phone from their depot.

1. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Sunday or on a Bank Holiday will require at least one extra working day for delivery.
2. Any unforeseen stock shortages. If this happens, we will notify you of any delay.
3. Certain remote postcodes will require additional time for delivery.
4. If we cannot obtain immediate security clearance for payment of your order. The security of our customers is paramount so these checks are essential to combat fraudulent use of payment and address details.
